Was dich erwartet...
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and answer their questions with regards to setup and administration of the Payworks platform, transaction processing and hardware fulfillment, ensuring they have a great Payworks experience.
  • Proactively work with some of the most exciting providers of global Point of Sale solutions and help them get the most out of the Payworks platform on a continuous basis.
  • Work with highly regarded merchants and become their trusted partner when they use our solution.
  • Make product suggestions to our Product team, helping them to keep on building the world’s most powerful Point of Sale gateway technology.
  • Have the freedom to shape and continuously improve our processes to make everyday life easier for our clients, your team and yourself.

Wonach wir suchen...
  • Strong technical understanding (hardware & software). Software development experience is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
  • Strong customer focus - A happy client makes your day.
  • Great communication skills, both verbally and written. You are friendly, professional and able to express  your thoughts and ideas clearly.
  • You are self-driven, a fast learner and able to prioritise your work.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, you are curious and have the drive to continuously improve.
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support or payment technology is a plus.
